Atlantic Nursery's Gardening Workshops are a fun experience for anyone interested in gardening and creating beauty. Bring a friend, relative or child (age appropriate please) and double your pleasure.

Be advised all workshops are hands-on and require standing for a lengthy period of time. For all seminars gardening gloves are recommended. Oct. 3rd 11AM – ‘Bushels of Bounty’ - Create your very own autumn-inspired, flowering fall bushel basket pot-in-pot planter. Donna will guide you with plant selection and placement. She will highlight the pros of using the pot-in-pot design scheme to maximize the life of the arrangement. Get your hands dirty with friends and bring home a fabulous fall garden arrangement. Oct. 10th 11AM –‘Boo-tiful Miniature Garden’ – The magical nature of Halloween is not lost on the inhabitants of our mystical miniature gardens. Join us and create your very own Halloween-inspired, miniature garden planter. Indoor gardens are great, but miniature gardens are even more fun to create and maintain. You will love our positively perfect spooky accents selected especially for this workshop. Limit 20 participants, approximately 30-40 minutes. Oct. 18th 11AM – ‘For the Birds’(listen & learn, make & take) – Ever wonder why those feathery friends flutter to your neighbor’s yard and not yours? Join us for a short discussion with our resident wildlife and ‘birding expert’, John Meyer & discover new ways to lure nature into your own backyard. In addition, make your own pinecone birdfeeders to take home to get you started. Limit 15 participants, approximately 20-30 minutes. Children welcome with accompanying adult. Gloves encouraged.
